Bought another car from Reid Brothers, must be close to double figures the cars I have bought over the years , not including the people I send to them .It is without a doubt the most pleasant car buying experience in my opinion .exceptional service fantastic motors .they don't try to sell you a car for the sake of a sale they want to make sure it's the car you actually want and will encourage you to check prices out . .and you don't need to check your invoice for added extras .none will be added.

Reid Bros blow all the stereotypes of car salesmen out of the water - seriously. They are upfront, honest, polite, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and just plain wonderful. I bought my car 'from a distance', and when I eventually got up to Dundee to see the car, I thought I was going to miss out on it because my father was very ill & I was going back to N. Ireland to care for him straight after I test drove the car. I wanted to leave a deposit, but Mr Reid senior was having none of it & said he likes to do business the old fashioned way - on trust. This wonderful man and his two sons bent over backwards for me, arranged to keep the car in a little garage of its own & when I finally got back to Scotland, the car was driven from Dundee down to Tweedbank for me! The car itself was spotless, running to perfection and I can guarantee that you will not get a better price anywhere - believe me, I spent weeks researching beforehand! I wholeheartedly recommend Reid Bros Motors & if I ever part with my gorgeous wee Fiat 500, I will go straight to these guys for my next car without hesitation. Reid Bros Motors, thank you so much for all that you did for me.

Whole process was easy and straightforward. Mr Reid was knowledgeable about the car without feeling any need to be pushy to get a sale. As a customer, I was encouraged to take my time with the car to make sure I was happy. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for a car. The owners should be very proud of the service.

I would definitely recommend this excellent, friendly and professional family business. I am an older retired lady who tends to feel a bit out of my comfort zone and out of my depth when dealing with car issues. As soon as I made the initial contact to discuss purchasing my car I felt at ease due to their high standard of customer care, communication attention to detail helpfulness and patience. The best stress free car buying experience I have ever had, friendly service and delivered to my door for which I am eternally grateful as I live 244 miles away. Young Graham delivered the car and was a very nice pleasant guy who made me feel very relaxed during the test drive and as I suffer from severe anxiety that was a major problem for me but I felt very much at ease. I cannot fault their service and the car is absolutely fantastic, I'm just so delighted with it so with the service and the excellent car I highly recommend the Reid Bros to anyone and everyone. Picked up my car today. Absolutely brilliant service from Mr Reid and his son Barry. Car in pristine condition, fully serviced and full service history, 1 year MOT and car tax. I was picked at Dundee bus station by Mr Reid after travelling from Dunfermline. Would highly recommended this car dealer.

Great customer service provided. I couldn't recommend Reid Motors enough. We had a problem with our car once we'd bought it, and they came out straight away to see what the fault was and replaced the battery and returned the car back to us on the same day.
